All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted if you received the incorrect item.

    To qualify for an exchange, you must contact via email or direct message within a week of the order date.Upon receipt of your email Odd. will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.If a replacement item is not available, Odd. will credit you or send you items of your choice that equally add up to the value of your returning item, if there available. Note that most of items are limited .So in the event that you need an order by a specific time, be mindful to order ahead.
